DropifyBot
Delete My Data
Streamers, merchants, and viewers may request deletion of personal information associated with their use of DropifyBot.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Disconnect platform access
You may revoke DropifyBot’s access directly through your Twitch or Shopify account settings. Revoking access prevents future authorized API activity but may not automatically delete records already held by DropifyBot.
Disconnecting Twitch or Shopify also does not necessarily cancel an active Stripe subscription. Paid subscriptions should be canceled separately through the billing portal or support.
Submit a deletion request
Send your request from the email address you use for support or account administration to:
Use the subject:
DropifyBot data deletion request
Include the information relevant to your request:
- Your Twitch login or channel name.
- Your Shopify store domain, when applicable.
- Whether you are requesting streamer, merchant, viewer, or complete account deletion.
- A brief explanation of the account or records you want us to locate.
Do not email passwords, Twitch access tokens, Shopify access tokens, complete payment-card details, or other account secrets.
Identity verification
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may verify that the requester controls the relevant Twitch account, Shopify store, email address, or authenticated DropifyBot session.
We will request only information reasonably necessary to verify the request. Requests submitted by an authorized agent may require proof of authorization.
Streamer and merchant deletion
A verified streamer or merchant deletion request may include removal or de-identification of:
- DropifyBot account and profile records.
- Twitch identifiers and encrypted authorization tokens.
- Shopify shop connection and encrypted authorization token.
- Bot configuration and plan configuration.
- Discount records and associated operational analytics where deletion is legally and technically permitted.
- Active application sessions.
Deletion may stop the Twitch bot, dashboard, Shopify discount creation, viewer claims, and analytics synchronization for the account.
Viewer deletion
A verified viewer may request deletion or de-identification of information connected to their Twitch identity, including claim records and cooldown information where legally and technically permitted.
DropifyBot does not intentionally store Shopify customer identities or full Shopify order records as part of the viewer claim system.
Billing records
Account deletion does not automatically erase information held independently by Stripe. Stripe processes payment information under its own legal obligations and privacy policy.
We may retain limited subscription, invoice, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or accounting records where required or permitted by law.
Information that may be retained
Some information may remain after a deletion request where retention is necessary to:
- Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
- Detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Resolve disputes or enforce legal agreements.
- Maintain evidence of consent or completed requests.
- Complete deletion through rotating backups and disaster recovery systems.
Retained information will remain restricted to the purpose requiring retention and will be removed or de-identified when that purpose expires.
Response timing
We aim to acknowledge verified deletion requests promptly and complete them within the period required by applicable law. Complex requests, legal holds, identity-verification issues, or backup rotation may require additional time. We will communicate material delays where required.
Other privacy requests
The same email address may be used to request access, correction, restriction, objection, or portability where those rights apply. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
