DropifyBot
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of DropifyBot, including its website, dashboard, Twitch bot, Shopify integration, viewer claim system, analytics, and paid subscriptions.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using DropifyBot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
If you use DropifyBot on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. “You” then refers to both you and the organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must meet the eligibility requirements of Twitch, Shopify, Stripe, and any other connected platform.
You are responsible for protecting your connected accounts, maintaining accurate information, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
The DropifyBot service
DropifyBot allows eligible streamers and merchants to connect a Twitch channel and Shopify store, create discount codes through chat commands, offer viewer-specific claims, run global promotions, view aggregate discount analytics, and manage a subscription.
Features, commands, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the service develops. Certain functionality may be offered as beta, preview, or experimental functionality.
Merchant and streamer responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Choosing discount percentages, values, minimum spend, duration, products, usage limits, and campaign timing.
- Ensuring promotions comply with consumer, advertising, tax, ecommerce, pricing, and gambling or prize-promotion laws.
- Honoring valid discounts created through your connected Shopify store.
- Reviewing discounts and removing or disabling unintended promotions.
- Maintaining adequate store margins, inventory, and fraud controls.
- Informing viewers of any material campaign restrictions.
- Complying with Twitch, Shopify, Stripe, and other applicable platform rules.
DropifyBot is an automation tool. We do not determine whether a promotion is suitable, profitable, or legally compliant for your business.
Acceptable use
You may not use DropifyBot to:
- Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
- Commit fraud, deceive customers, manipulate transactions, or facilitate unauthorized purchases.
- Promote illegal goods, restricted goods, scams, malware, or abusive activity.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
- Circumvent usage limits, authentication, access controls, or security protections.
- Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data except through interfaces we expressly provide.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to DropifyBot without our written permission.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Third-party platforms
DropifyBot depends on independent services including Twitch, Shopify, Stripe, hosting providers, and internet infrastructure. Your use of those services is governed by their separate terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, revoked permissions, account suspensions, rate limits, payment failures, platform policy decisions, or changes that affect DropifyBot functionality.
You authorize DropifyBot to perform actions within the permissions you approve, including creating Shopify discounts and interacting with your Twitch channel.
Subscriptions and billing
Some functionality requires a paid subscription. Prices, included usage, billing intervals, and plan features are shown before purchase or in the dashboard.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and generally renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You authorize the applicable recurring charges, taxes, and fees.
You must keep billing information current. Failed or reversed payments may result in plan downgrade, suspension, or termination.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not normally provide a refund for the current billing period.
Plan limits and fair use
Plans may include monthly limits for viewer claims, global drops, analytics, connected stores, or other features. Usage counters may reset according to the billing or plan period displayed in the dashboard.
We may apply reasonable technical limits, cooldowns, rate limits, and anti-abuse measures. Attempts to evade limits may result in suspension or termination.
Displayed pricing or limits marked as examples, previews, or estimates are not binding until confirmed during checkout.
Cancellation and account disconnection
You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing portal or by contacting support. You may also revoke DropifyBot’s access through Twitch or Shopify.
Disconnecting an integration may prevent the service from functioning but does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription unless the interface expressly states otherwise.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party failures, traffic spikes, software defects, or events outside our control may cause interruptions.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or replace features when reasonably necessary. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid users.
Intellectual property
DropifyBot, including its software, interface, branding, designs, documentation, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business or streaming activities.
Twitch, Shopify, Stripe, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Feedback
You may send suggestions or feedback. You grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay required fees, abused third-party services, or used DropifyBot in a way that could harm users or the service.
You may stop using DropifyBot at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropifyBot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every store or channel, or that promotions will increase revenue or remain profitable.
We are not your lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, payment processor, ecommerce platform, or advertising adviser.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropifyBot and its operator, affiliates, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, discounts, inventory, or business opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to DropifyBot during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or fifty euros (€50).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DropifyBot and its operator, affiliates, personnel, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your promotions, store, content, products, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
Disputes and applicable law
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support@dropifybot.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the mandatory laws applicable to the operator of DropifyBot, without depriving consumers of protections they cannot waive under the law of their ordinary residence.
The specific legal name, registered address, and preferred jurisdiction of the business operator should be added to this section before commercial public launch.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated through the website, dashboard, or email. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
